cancellation or registration

I cancelled registration of my child for this year at Impaq because of the terrible service. Two days are going by and nobody yet contacted me to confirm cancellation, start process of refunding deposit, or to cancel the debit order. If not cancelled today I will have to make another payment for a month of non-schooling. I need Impaq to 1) confirm cancellation today 2) indicate by when full deposit will be refunded 3) cancel the DebiCheck debit order today still!
