Books not delivered

I am so upset!

I paid fees in full for 2026 Grade 10. My daughter received Afrikaans and Business studies. Where are the books for the 5 other subjects???

Apart from that 2 of the Afrikaans books are for grade 12! I have made sooo many calls and sent so many emails and I never had this problem with teneo. I am really disappointed ☹️ . I just get the run around that they cannot contact the warehouse directly to find out I have to wait and that is all I have been doing. How will my daughter action her tasks???
