BEWARE OF FLY BY NIGHT SCHOOLS WHO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING IN RETURN

I have been battling to get hold of Impaq - last year, I paid our deposit for my son to start his Gr 8 online / home schooling. We have chosen E-Books as it works out a lot cheaper. This year, we have paid our first installment. We were told to register on the my.impaq as that is where is subject content would be available. To date, the subject content that has been loaded (Maths) is in english, and my son is an afrikaans student. I notice that his first lesson started on 7 January. So far, he has missed 7 lessons. Also please note that none of the other 8 subjects have been loaded onto the system, therefor no school work has been done. We were sent a home cale4ndar, saying that tests start on 4 March 2019. We are almost at the end of January and he doesnt even have any work. He cannot do any of the tasks that i have downloaded as none of the lessons are available. How is he supposed to learn for his tests if he hasn't had any lessons. So far, he has missed 4 maths lessons, not even counting any of the other subjects that are not available. I think it is very unfair of the school to do this, and now expect him to play catch up. Does anyone have any information on how else I can get hold of the school other than the call centre number and email address - I have no joy with either of those contact details! I am at my wits end. I will go to the newspapers if necessary.
