Be aware of IMPAQ apparent discount

I have been trying for 2 days to communicate with Impaq, via email & the online chat. I keep telling them, I am in a meeting, so we must communicate via email/online chat. For 2 days, no one is available on the online platform to assist and emailed are returned as undelivered, as their mailboxes are full. They have increased their quotation to me, without explanation. I have paid the deposit which was due by 30 September, in order to qualify for the discount. The payments do show on their statement, but for some unknown reason, they have reversed the discount and provided me with a higher quote. Yes, they have tried to call me, BUT..... I cannot take calls and asked them on multiple occasions, to email me or use the online platform. I have also warned them in advance, that I will now report them on Hellopeter, which also seemed to have zero effect.
