Basic admin let to very poor service!!
In 24 Match 2021 send a email request to add my email address to their bulk communication list. Spoke to managers... Today is the 14 April 2021 the request is still outstanding!! I asked to receive emails, nothing! Very poor service, this is basic admin...!!
