Bad Service All Around

I enrolled my daughter at Impaq mainly because of Bibke Education. I CLEARLY marked the application for added Biblee Education. When they confirmed my enrollment they did not add the Bible Education. It took several requests before it was added.

I also specified on the application that I wanted the electronic version. They asked my address to where they should post some of the books because they do not have the electronic versions.

I enrolled more than 2 weeks ago. I still did not receive the bible education. The books have not been delivered. I had to start homeschooling late with my daughter because we did not receive the electronic versions in time even after several requests.

I have had very bad service, almost non exsistent. They did not tell me how to download the books. There has been no parent support. They do not reply to my emails. I did not receive any parent guides. They do not tell you how to do anything that they advertise you will get. All of it is lies and bull ****.

The books are all in different formats. I dont have the material to mark my daughters work. The assesment/assignment dates arent all in the books. My daughter cant work with the books on her iPad, she has to write it down in excercise books. I dont know if this is ok. I asked 3 days ago but once again no reply.

Even when somebody does get back to me it is always a different person. There is no relationship or problem solving, it just goes round and round.

I even asked for a refund. I have only done a week with them and I do not know how Im going to last the year!
