Bad Service
What a horrible experience with the call center, your lines are not working. I can barely hear your agents. I've been calling non-stop and none of the agents is willing to assist. Your turnaround times are ridiculous. Can someone please call me back with the clear/working telephone line so I can finalize the payment? Why would it take 3 working days to generate a quotation?
