Bad Conduct and Violation of educational rights

Well done Impaq for not even trying to help get my daughter to write her exam this morning. Its not her fault she could not write her exams, but in the end she got penalized. You guys are playing around with other peoples future!! She also got a right to write het exams!!!! I will be contacting solidarity for further assistance in this matter, if you guys are not willing to resolve it. I tried my best this morning to get it resolved so my child could also get a chance to write her exams, but Impaq are taking their time and sending the following response:

"This serves as confirmation that a Declaration of valid reason has been submitted for student *********x.

The application is complete and will be presented to the next Impaq Examination validation committee on 17 June.

Please note that there is no second opportunity test/examinations for grade 10 and 11 students. The students are granted either a 444 (0%) or a 999. (mark is taken out of the year mark) Feedback relating to the committee’s decision will be sent via email."

Impaq, this was not my child's fault, and your response was utterly disappointing. We as parents pay a lot of money for our children's education, and for you to say she cant write her exams, constitute a violation within her rights and I will be taking this further. We pay for a service and we also expect results from Impaq

OTHER PARENTS, BEWARE OF THEIR CONDUCT

Every child, should be able to write their exams, and for Impaq not even trying to help us get the papers downloaded through the invigilator is so pathetic and my only words to Impaq is, shame on you.

@Impaq, please note that I pay for a service, and I want value for my money. So the expectation from this morning was to resolve a download issue which is not my child's fault. You guys should have been on the ball with this one, and gotten it resolved early
