With over 14 calls, 20 mails sent I have finally been assisted. With your calm and professional assistance you reassured me that everything will be ok, and it was... Within a few minutes I received the notification that my son is finally accepted / approved for his online classes. After almost a week I am relieved that you took the time to help me, truly help me.
