As someone in client services myself I understand the signaficance of the difference between a good and bad review, and boy oh boy, do these people deliver! I really want to say thank you to the whole of the Optimi team (from registering my little one and all agents in the sales department, the people who presented their virtual open day on zoom, through to the trouble they go through to ensure that the courier services they use are good enough).
