Almost no communication

Good day, I just want to find out if everything is in place for the invigilator for the upcoming test on Monday. From our part, all paperwork and ids have been sent and the invigilator also informed me that he has not gotten anything from you guys yet. What is going on here? Can you please assist in this matter so we can get it sorted out this week still?
