Account still not resolved

The problem was not resolved. Impak eventually after much frustration acknowledged that the disputed amount was not owed. However they could not tell us where they got the amount from. further more, just three days later Impak again sent emails claiming we owe them money from 2012 on one child and also on the other, when we paid in full up front. Now they threaten to hand us over to their attorneys. I urge you to please hand us over. I would love to have this resolved in a court of law. All this when we in fact have a credit. The sad part is our daughter is still not registered. This has reached the point where it is tantamount to *********ing us to into paying just to get the registration done.
