Good day<br> <br> Please can you help me with a complaint about Impak.<br> See my email here below.<br> <br> I've had this same exact problem with them last year.<br> When I phoned them in august to ask what my total outstanding balance for the year was they gave me an amount of R 3530.31.<br> I spoke to two different consultants and received the same response. I asked them both if this was the total amount and<br> don't have to pay any other amount. Both of them said yes. <br> The reason I phoned to ask for the amount, was that they messed up my account last year. It was a struggle for me this <br> year just to get them to send the books to my child.<br> <br> Now they say I owe them another 2 instalments. <br> They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes and keep hounding me for the money.<br> Please can you help me.<br> <br>
