Absolute Pathetic Service
So Frustrated, wish there was an option for zero star! Been trying to phone Impaq offices from last year as I am unable to create my child's final report. I am able to view the submissions but not the actual report. Under so much pressure as I need the report for tomorrow and they just don't answer there calls. Absolutely pathetic, will never recommend them to anyone!!

She says its a problem on my side that I cant download the assessment report as she can see it on her side. So now I have to send your assessment department an email to request the final report and I will receive it in 72 hours. I need it for tomorow. I am so frustrated and why could she not just download it and email to me. I really need some decent assistance please
