2016 registration setbacks sorted

I experienced some setbacks while registering my brother at Impak for the year 2016.<br> <br> Mr. Riccardo Texeira, a call centre consultant, was most helpful. Thanks to his constant correspondence and guidance, the problems were identified and swiftly dealt with.<br> <br> (Afterwards) Within a few days the registration was processed, confirmation was sent through and I've just been informed that the books will arrive by courier shortly.<br> <br> It has been most pleasant working with Mr. Texeira.
