Since the 7th already we are awaiting a debi check mandate to finalize our daughters application. we had the same issues last year with impaq. They all will call you back but never does. I would recommend their material for studying but their service does not exist. I was told to complete change of banking details. all done. Today im told its not done but one of my daughters material is already on its way and everything was done together. My question is how on earth do they only change on account and not both when both was sent the same day. Friday i was told its all correct and we just have to accept debi check but today I'm told its not changed. Pathetic service. I just wish Ricardo Texeira could call me back as I have left 7 messages for him seeing that he was the only one who could help me last time around. Same for Mpho Sergio Shaun and the rest who's call I,m still waiting for.
