"Harassment by Impact Sourcing on behalf of ADT

I'm writing to express my frustration and concern about repeated phone calls and messages from Impact Sourcing, allegedly on behalf of ADT, regarding an outstanding debt. Despite multiple attempts to clarify that I'm not the intended person, the calls persist.

I've:

- Explained the mistake over the phone multiple times - Sent WhatsApp messages to the provided numbers - Informed them that we don't have ADT security in our town - Stated that I've never used their services

A recent call on April 11, 2025, at 8:15 from agent Alutha Mbuli (+***) was particularly unsettling. She:

- Asked to speak to a company (not a person) - Requested my ID number to "verify" the mistake - Refused to provide their company's contact details before "verification"

This interaction raised suspicions of potential *****. I provided only my surname and date of birth to demonstrate that I'm not the intended person.

I request that Impact Sourcing:

- Remove my phone number from their system - Cease harassing me with calls
