Impact sourcing please explain further
Im very much disappointed with Impact group. I had a clothing account with fashion express back in 2011, I lost my job in 2014, I couldn't afford the installment on a monthly basis. My account was handed over to shapiro shaik for collection in 2017 I've never received any calls from shapiro shaik. Until last week I emailed shapiro shaik to check on my account, they confirmed that my account was dissolved and I should communicate with Impact sourcing regarding my account. On Saturday I receive a call from Impact to say I must pay R11.250 I explained to the caller that I not working and It's been years not been employed, I asked him for a discount then the amount dropped to R8 700. Still i couldn't agree to the amount as im not working. He later sad I can pay in installments of R1500 every month. I explained again and again that im surviving with my son's disability grant and I have to buy medication for him aswel. Can he please talk to his supervisor to reduce the amount further because I cannot afford myself still. So now im pleading with people from the consumer protection to assist with this matter.
