Zero Competence & Compassion

Worst customer service ever from a company. From die consultants up to the Credit Manager. The Credit Manageress was the absolute worse, she was so impolite, condescending and had a sassy attitude and tone. Terrible phone etiquette and zero compassion for customers(actually for fellow human beings). I would be SO embarrassed it this was my company. Still waiting for the GM to phone me back.
