Worst Service Provide Ever!!!!

I stay in Pretoria East and I have been dealing with these people for the past 4 months and they are the worst ever, it doesn't matter what you say to them and their phones are never answered. I had and issue with my Agent who did not tell me that I would have to pay a deposit of R780, I went into the office paid. I later started receiving statements that I am owing money I requested to make an arrangement as there is financial strains I am having but the bluntly refused and told me that I will be cut off and then have to pay a reconnection fee of R220. I believe that as a Consumer if I am acknowledging the debt and making an arrange for it then I should be given that opportunity and not to be threatened like they have done. The mistake was with my Agent but I believe now that I am speaking to them worst of all this is the first ever encounter. Very pathetic service I have received and I do not wish it on anyone. Its the worst and very unreasonable
