Worst service ever

This company is operating **********ly. After leaving the premises they told us our deposit will be paid back within 4 to 6 weeks. After weeks of not receiving anything I contacted them and was told my deposit was paid towards my final bill of which is not possible because the account was paid up until the last month and they kept my full deposit, They refused to send me my statements, To make matters worse they refused to refund me for a prepaid meter I had rented from them and told me I bought it. So I lost 2 deposits that I made. the deposit to open the account and the meter rental, I have full statements from my bank as I paid and settled every invoice these people sent to me so this makes no sense. I am basically stuck with a useless meter, no statements and my money was kept. And I see nothing but bad stories about this company everywhere I go. I advise anyone who reads this to stay clear from these people. How they are allowed to operate in these complexes people rent from beats me.
