Worst service by manager

I went to the office in Pretoria east while busy with my query on my account the lady that assisted me started packing her stuff up and getting ready to leave while it was still in there operating hours talked to me in a very disrespectfull manner,I asked for the manager and he never came to me directly, only on his way out he came to lock the door he saw me and told me to leave because he wants to lock,and while I was busy talking with him he just started a conversation about personal issues with a colleague, worst assistance ever,if I could get a different electricity provider I would.i would definitely not recommended impact meters to anyone
