Worst Service at Impact Meters. Avoid service provider at all costs.

<p>I recieved the absolute worst from Impact Meters today. After making an appointment to have my pre-paid meter installed, at an unconvienient time, they failed to install the unit. The technician allegedgly arrived at the house, and saw the meter could not fit (which I understand, but failed to inform anyone). Which meant the individual who waited at the house for the technician to come, waited and waited and waited. I had to phone 5 times on ***before someone answered the phone and informed me that the techinition was there, he did not informed the individual at the house but just simply left. </p> <p>Impact Meters hardly answer their telephone lines and when/if they eventually do, they don't communicate any updates on a matter with home owners. Avoid making use of this terrible service provider at all cost.</p> <p> </p>
