Worst pre paid metered company

I moved into a new complex on Saturday & I was told to apply for the electricity connection through Impact Meters, it’s Tuesday today & I am still without electricity The agents are unsympathetic, their communication is so so poor, they should honestly learn from organisation such as Martinique who managed the previous complex where I lived, I have 2 small kids & 1 is on formula & they just don’t care They are unbothered because this does not affect them or any of the family members. I had to throw away all my perishables that were in the fridge & all my meat as it was off This has been the worst experience ever…..
