Worst !

The worst. I’m extremely disappointed with Impact Meter Services. We consistently use very little water, yet the price has increased by R250 without any clear explanation. On top of that, they never provide invoices on time, making it even more frustrating to manage payments. For a monthly water charge of R850, this service is absolutely unacceptable. Worst experience ever. I would not recommend them to anyone.
