Worst company ever

They are the worst company hell they are a **** company, my meter reading started from R350 in January to R2084.91 while my monthly routine still remains the same like how in the world is that possible. I called and they couldn't explain how the hell my bill amounted to such. I'm deeply dissatisfied with them
