Wonderful service

My power suddenly went of at about 13:46 today 23 July, I thought it's a area power failure but after about an hour I saw that my neighbour's power was on so I phoned Impact meters and within 15 minutes they where here and switched the power back on after the meter reader switched it of by accident when he closed the box.
