WHO CONDUCTS BUSINESS LIKE THIS? You're a joke!

I am appalled at the poor service, rather "lack" thereof! Can you please tell me WHO conducts business in this manner....

I am sitting with a disconnection form in front of me that states I owe Impact Meter Services R3083.86 (before they reconnect my electricity.

Apparently an application form was needed from me/our household to transfer our electricity from our current suppliers over to Impact Meter Services, WHERE AND WHEN was this done?

Surely Impact Meteres need to notify you telephonically should there be a problem. Surely they should notify the tenant if documents have not been received - is is this above their pay grade? Or is it just pure laziness?

As it stands I owe them:

• R2157.20 for arrears!? I had no idea that we even had new electricity suppliers. • R510.00 is for “re-connection” – again, I have NO IDEA that anything was previously “connected”. • R416.66 is for a deposit adjustment – and here again, I am unaware of any such deposit or why it has to be adjusted.

How is it possible that they can inform me of a disconnection with a large sum of money owing but they can't make sure they let me know about changing companies or making sure that people get forms. Maybe with a signature and a proof of delivery - just a tiny business tip there.

Please shed some light - isn't that what the company is supposed to do?

Or is this type of business conduct put in place for this purpose of trying to rake up fees for fun....

I AM NOT IMPRESSED!
