We WILL cut your electricity

I must say: I am mighty tired of Impact Meters Services constant threats of cutting my electricity. That I may have forgotten to pay in time might be true, but a friendly reminder would have worked much better! After an unfortunate and unpleasant incident during which Impact Meters Services cut my electricity supply, I decided to opt for a prepaid meter (so that I could manage my electricity supply better, despite my poor administrative s****s). I had to pay up front for the installation, after which Impact Meters did not pitch up to do the job. Only on my second failure to pay in time, and after Impact Meters' quick response to cut my electricity supply for a second time (...and after an emotional telephone conversation with their manager), Impact Meters installed my prepaid meter. Unfortunately, this approach did not solve the issue. Nowadays, I get their regular, rude and unfriendly reminders that they will cut my prepaid service if I don't pay for my water timeously. It is interesting that I had never (not once!) received any such rude reminders from previous service providers (e.g. PEC Metering). Apparently PEC Metering always received their money, despite my poor administrative s****s. Maybe their secret was to allow me to pay by means of a debit order? I suggested this simple solution to Impact Meters as well, but strangely they were not prepared to accommodate me in this respect! If only I could leave out the one star, because I don't think they deserve any.
