Water bill

<p>I feel like i am getting ********** by impact meters last month my water bill was r302.00 i am living alone this month i get a bill and its over r900 with a note that rates increased what i need to know is even if rates increased is the increase going to be triple the amount that i normally pay how rates increase that much by what percentage was it increased can someone from impact meters please explain and rectify this because this is a ******* it cant be right</p>
