VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

So frustrated by this company. They cut off my electricity wrongfully, i paid using and sent proof of payment to the emails provided (***)(***)(sandraw@amps). i had to spend 3 days without electricity. I called endlessly for help to no avail. THIS IS VERY BAD
