VERY POOR SERVICE

In my life I have never had such bad service. Every month I struggle with my account. I would recommend using them to no one!!!! If ever you want to rent a place that uses Impact meter services PLEASE DON'T!!! With exception to Jan and Dean, no one knows what they are doing. i know this since I have talked to just about everyone to sort out my problems every month!! I have been dealing with them from early 2015 at two different complexes and still I have the same issues.
