Up normal hot water readings.

I am a tenant at La Bonne Vie complex in Montana 100 Rooibos street Unit 506 under just sell property. I moved in on the 6th of July 2024 My first water bill (attached) amounted to R3255 and I suspect something was not right then I went to Impcat Meter offices to complain and they could not assist and told me that they only work with meter readings (same was said to the client before me). The 2nd bill came and it was R2900 which I explained to the caretaker who seemed to be assisting and later told me that she cannot change the meter readings. I then went to Justsell offices and they asked me to email them all my correspondence with Impact Meter which I then forward to them because they also believe that my billing is abnormal. The latter responded to say they will engage the owner to check if there's anything that needs to be fixed. I tried settling for a payment arrangement with Impact Meter to pay a R1000 and settle the difference before end of November since I have already paid R3255 on the 9th of October. They said they can only accept R2050 by 29th October and nothing less or else my electricity would be disconnected. I am frustrated and stressed with the billing system that seems to be heavier yet there is nothing that am doing with the water that seems to be out of ordinary.
