Unreasonable and unacceptable water charges

Completely unreasonable and unacceptable water charges I was billed R2,100 for just half a month’s water in a small bachelor flat in Pretoria East — an absolutely ridiculous amount. There is no way such a charge can be justified for one person in a small flat. The pricing is outrageous, exploitative, and completely out of line with normal water costs in Pretoria. The area is not high-end, there were no leaks or excessive usage, yet I was charged as if I was running an entire complex. This kind of billing is ********* and unacceptable, and residents deserve transparency, fairness, and accountability. I strongly warn others to check their bills carefully and question every charge — this company cannot be trusted to bill honestly.
