Unprofessional Service Provider

Impact Meters is so unprofessional

I got the message from Yvonne Heynicnk as follows: "Please note that you were charged on the incorrect water meter there will be a custom charge of R 2620.06 on your account for period 30/04/2019 – 29/05/2019 your account will be R 3506.22. I do apologise for this."

I made follow up regarding this as i do not have a clue of what custom charge is, how they came up with the readings that i have been paying for if they say they have been billing on wrong meter.They never bothered to respond to me and added that amount on my invoice and further sent a reminder threatening me to disconnect my prepaid if i do not pay R2620.06 by monday of which i have no clue of what is for.
