Unprofessional Company to deal with

Worst company to receive a service from, most of their personnel are so unprofessional and have a bad attitude. I have been staying at my place for 13 years and it's always an uphill battle dealing with them. It's sad that people keep getting expose to such poor service from a private company that exist due to our contribution into their entity. :(
