Unnecessary procedure

We moved from Centurion to Bela-Bela When we tried to cancel our account with them they said that we should fill in a form and print it and sign it manually and also my boyfriends ID was stollen so he only had a photo.They didn't want us to sign the fill electronically but we didn't have a printer or a way to scan the form and send it to them manually so now we had to spend unnecessary money to send them the form so they can cancel our account.
