Unlocated payment

I have a problem regarding my electricity account I was sent emails that my account is in erreas and I know very well that it is not, I've sent impact proof of payments but I'm still told that the account is in erreas can somebody at impact look in to this matter and get back to me. My I'd number is ********** 253089. Very unhappy client
