Unfair Billing

in Nov 2017 Impact meters billed me an amount called "Deposit" without notice nor explanation of what this deposit was for. Upon Signing a contract in 2016 I paid a deposit. I made an arrangement to pay the amount over a number of periods. I have been paying just before month end monthly including last month (January). My next payment was scheduled to be next week and the balance owing was R413. Today Impact metre decides to shut the electricity and charge me a reconnection fee of R480. I feel this is *******ion. Now I have a bill of over R900 just before my next payment. I feel these guys are just trying to make money out of the poor! They are milking people, trying to create unnecessary liabilities. 1) No explation as to what the additional deposit was for was given to me. 2) How do you cut my electricity few days before payment when I dont actually owe for the electricity. The deposit is not a liability to me as I have not used up impact meters electricity instead an advance payment they requesting from me. ABOVE ALL THESE GUYS ANNOYINGLY SPEAK AFRIKAANS ON THE PHONE.

They surely should have a competitor......
