Unfair and unprevoked power cut

My power was cut today, without a word of warning. I get home at 17:15 and just no power. Then I'm told it's because I'm behind. But I sit with the latest invoice saying R0. 00 outstanding. And all they tell me is that I have to sit without power and phone tomorrow.
