Unexplainable High Billing Rates

I am staying a complex just with my 7 year old son and I literally get bills of water R926.60 skyrocketed and when you inquire they lie and make excuses of leakages. And I have been charged with different tariff rates compared to my neighbours in the same Estate. There is an ******* connection of water and electricity by their cronies (Building Contractor) whom we pay for his Bills of Usage.<br> <br> Not sure why City of Tshwane still uses Service Providers like Impact. They are Sharks, going around charging ridiculous monies. Such a bad service of a Bunch of Unprofessional and Irresponsible people. They must be removed to run services to people.
