What a pathetic excuse of a company. I called trying to make payment arrangements for my tenant as they could not make a payment in time to avoid cut off, all i asked was was for a 2 day grace for my tenant and they said no, they will be cutting off the services tomorrow. so you make money out of reconnection fees even when it is avoidable.
