Undue enrichment by Impact metre services

I have been penalised by the company to pay ia reconnecting fee of R570 n October 2019 because I didn't receive the bill. I send them an email requesting them to send my bill at my email address which is ***, but they failed instead they once again toxay on 20 November cut my electricity and I. had to pay a reconnecting fee of R 570
