FRADULANT CHARGES. We rented a unit in Pretoria and our average charge was R250.00 for water. Over two months we had a bill over R15000.00 so ridiculous , we disputed and claimed their meter must be faulty, no leaks were detected. The owner of the unit insisted the replacement of the meters and the readings went back to normal. however the R15000.00 impact are still demanding for an unoccupied unit over the two months charged. they have now handed me over to legal for blacklisting. ******* AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GENERAL MANAGER . DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES
