Impact meters are ****** ******* if I can say,they take advantage of the vulnerability I stay in two bedroom flat and I stay alone I'm at work 6 days a week from 7:30 till till 7PM I dont use water and lights that much but water bill was in areas for R381 last month so they blocked my prepaid electricity meter number when I asked them why they said its because my water bill is in areas I have to pay R581 I paid I last week but now they charging me a thousand rand for water
