Ripped us off with gigantic electricity bills. Went from R2500 - R 4500 for no reason, no difference in appliances used. Installed prepaid so we only have to pay them for water. Forgot to pay ONE month, contacted them and paid immediately when realising that we missed the ONE payment. they charged us R200 penalty fee plus R350 "deposit fee" to "reactivate" the account because we missed ONE payment. absolutely shocking
