The Most *********** Monopoly Ever
I am a new tennant of a property and the letting agent Remax emailed me a application form 2 days before i had to move in. I phoned continously to reach the application helpdesk to explain my situation. Probably 5 times, speaking to Elize, etc but all the receptionists told me that Prudance has a backlog and that it would take 3 days to transfer my electricity. She told me that if i submitted my docs that there could be a plan made which i did. I phoned 3 hours afterwords and i was told that the electricity would be transfered . The next morning i get a email. Sorry, impact meters cannot open zip files. During the day, they switched off my electricity. Now tonight is Friday night. Dark, with a pregnant wife. Riaan tells me that i needed to go into their offices. I mean really. How incompetant does this place have to be. I own a property where impact meters provide us with a service and the quality is dissapointing.
