Terrible Utility Company

Impact Meters is by far one of the worst utility companies to deal with. The staff is rude, the turnaround times are terrible and their service as a whole is not even worthy of the 1-star rating.

It is unfortunate that customers are forced into contracts with such companies, and that we have no choice but to be o the back foot as they threaten to disconnect services.
