TERRIBLE SERVICE

The worst experience with the people from Impact. I had to pay for deposit increase that was not communicated prior, upon making arrangement to pay up the account, they still claim that I owe them money. Basically paying my rental amount for water. Totally not worth it, when communicating with them via email they take forever to resolve your matter. It's unfortunate that I have to leave this amazing place simply because of water billing issues.
