Terrible service, arrogant staff

The service is terrible, the staff is arrogant, it is infuriating and sad because they are offer such a crucial service. Day 2 without electricity because we had to purchase a new meter and they haven't delivered despite them knowing that we do not have electricity and we are working from home and with a small kid. The POP was sent around 1pm yesterday.
